About the Game
PaperKlay is a short and sweet 3D platformer where you unfold, open and rotate the paper environment in order to freely explore the cardboard world. Find different types of collectibles in order to upgrade your abilities, unlock sections of the levels and help characters on your adventure. Recover the lost eggs that were stolen by Rev, the big evil fox!
About the Developer
It was finally time for Kevin to spend one year to only focus on getting better at making 3D. After doing some simple test human characters for a few weeks Kevin decided to make a cute chicken because animals are more fun to work with. The very first animation was the chicken running that later was posted on twitter, to Kevin's surprise it was very well received. The next natural step was to just make it run around and slowly add mechanics that felt needed in order to get more comfortable with making a 3D platformer feel good. Kevin quickly decided that PaperKlay would be his next commercial game after the incredible support and interest in his small creation.
PaperKlay is developed by Kevin Andersson, a solo indie dev from Sweden. Before he founded WhyKev he worked different roles at Zoink as a level designer and then a producer. Later he co-founded Elden Pixels and worked as a programmer. PaperKlay will be Kevin’s most ambitious game yet.
